Opatija – Abbazia: "Istrian mix of Vienna and Monte Carlo"

Zlatan Stpisic Gibonni is one of the most talented current Croatian song writers and musicians and a part of being one of my favourite musicians is also the UNICEF Ambassador of Good Will. For the preparation of Mirakul song video he choose the most beautiful Villa in Opatija - Villa Angiolina.

As I already wrote in 1844, Iginio Scarpa, a citizen of Rijeka (Fiume), patrician and corn trader, decided to build, 200 meters from the abbey, Villa Angiolina with a lovely flower garden and sub-tropical vegetation park. Villa Angiolina is Mr. Iginio's love gift to his wife and Gibonni's song Mirakul is a song about love thus enjoy the right song in the right place.
