Apartment TRS – „Vine“

Trs apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with one or two children. It is located on the ground floor of Villa Smrikve and its marble floor make the temperature comfortable also during the summer period.

The living room is characterized by furniture from the beginning of the 20th century (Austro-Hungarian Monarchy period). The satellite TV and wireless connection are the modernity elements of this early 20th century styled accommodation unit.

The traditional style of the sleeping room furniture dates back in the middle of the 20th century period and is made of combination of prestigious woods and clean classical design.

Prices: in lower season the daily price starts from Euro 40, while in high season from Euro 50.

Apartment ULIKA – „Olive“

Ulika apartment is ideal for a big family or even two families. It is located on the top floor of Villa Smrikve and its particularity is of being a mansard. From the terrace the view spread towards tennis courts, vineyards and olive trees.

Ulika means olive in English and Istrian olive oil, the same as wine, was very famous during the Roman Empire as you can learn in „Istria from Smrikve“. The furniture is modern compared to Smrikva and Trs. The satellite TV, wireless connection, and air-conditioning represent other elements of modernity.

Prices: in lower season the daily price starts from Euro 50, while in high season from Euro 70.

Apartment SMRIKVA – „Juniper“

Smrikva is a charming place ideal for a couple or a family with child. This traditional style accommodation is fully equipped with modern equipments such as: microwave, air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless system for the internet and CD stereo.

On the ground floor there is an Istrian fireplace, the kitchen angle and over 100 years old piano. The sleeping room with satellite TV is located on the first floor and is characterized with mansard roof, a warm wooden made floor, traditional furniture and bathroom. 

Prices: in lower season the daily price starts from Euro 80, while in high season from Euro 100.
