Apartment TRS – „Vine“

Trs apartment is ideal for a couple or a family with two children. It is located on the ground floor of Villa Smrikve and its marble floor make the temperature comfortable also during the summer period.

TRS is equipped with: air condition, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite TV and WI-FI.

If you observe with attention the paintings you may note the difference between the living room and the sleeping room. On purpose in the living room is dominant Istrian land motif on paintings where the vine is grown while in the sleeping room are dominant paintings with sea motif. The sea characterizes the area from where the Istrian Malvazija was brought into Istria.

Trs means vine in English and Istrian wine was famous during the Roman Empire, Venetian Republic period and is famous also today. An excellent Malvazija is traditionally made by our family.

Apartment ULIKA – „Olive“

Ulika apartment is ideal for a big family or even two families. It is located on the top floor of Villa Smrikve and its particularity is of being a mansard. From the terrace the view spread towards tennis courts, vineyards and olive trees.

Ulika means olive in English and Istrian olive oil, the same as wine, was very famous during the Roman Empire as you can learn in „Istria from Smrikve“.

ULIKA is fully equipped with modern equipments such as: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless system for the internet and radio.

Apartment SMRIKVA – „Juniper“

Smrikva is a charming place ideal for a couple or a family with children. This traditional style accommodation is fully equipped with modern equipments such as:  air condition, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite TV, WI-FI and CD stereo.

On the ground floor there is an Istrian fireplace, the kitchen angle and over 100 years old piano. The sleeping room with satellite TV is located on the first floor and is characterized with mansard roof, a warm wooden made floor, traditional furniture and bathroom. From the master bedroom you have access to a big terrace and on the groundfloor there is another charming room with bathroom.

In the courtyard you have additional relaxing area, a covered terrace with garden chairs and table.
