General booking terms and conditions:

  • Booking: considered confirmed after the 30% advance payment has been made, the rest is paid 8 weeks before arrival
  • Check in time: from 4:00 pm on the arrival day
  • Check out time: till 9:00 am on the departure day
  • Minimum stay in low season: 5 days
  • Small pets are allowed, 10 Euro per day/pet
  • Price include tourist tax
  • Each additional bed, surcharge Euro 30 per day
  • Swimming pool heating, surcharge Euro 50 per day
  • Security deposit: 500 Euro - is paid upon arrival
  • Guest cancellation policy: if the guest cancels, any money paid is not refunded
  • Villa is not rented for parties and is not suitable for youth groups but for family vacations
  • Guests registered for their stay at the Villa are the only people allowed to stay on the property at any time during the rental period
