Today's Talents: "Gustafi, Franci Blaskovic - Gori Usi Winnetou, Sajeta..."

FRANCI BLASKOVIC (1947) - GORI USI WINNETOU (1986)

Gori Ussi Winnetou is a non-formal cabaret-rock group from Pula founded in 1986 by Franci Blaskovic.

Franci is native from Pula and is married to another Pula’s artist and musician -  Arinka Segando.

Addio Pola was Franci's first album issued in 1986.

Franci and his band are credited for the foundation of “Ca val” – a  term that describe the rock music in chakavian dialect.

Non confirmism would be probably the most appropriate word to describe Franci’s opera.

SAJETA (1993)

Sajeta is an Istrian music band founded in 1993 in Opatija by Drazena Turina. Drazen Turina - Sajeta  also perform in chakavian dielct and is part of “Ca val” music style (Sajeta in English means thunder).
